Welcome to Arabian Airconditioning Manufacturing Company (AMCO)! We are a leading air conditioning manufacturer and supplier in the state of Qatar, committed to providing high-quality air conditioning solutions to our clients.

Established in 2020, AMCO is the result of a partnership between Turkish air conditioning manufacturer ACS Klima and the Qatari Al Maliki Group. Our new state-of-the-art facility, located in Doha New Industrial Area on 6000m2 of land, allows us to produce a range of air conditioning products, including air handling units, cabinet type ventilators, duct type heat recovery units, duct type ventilators, roof ventilators, steam humidifiers, HEPA filter boxes, laminar flow units, and heat pumps.

    CORPORATE LAWYER / LEGAL COUNSEL

    Date: Thursday, February 23, 2023

    Qualification Required: Graduate with a bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB) with a license in Qatar to practice the profession.

    At least 3 to 5 years’ experience and commercial knowledge related to construction industry, preferably gained through working with multi-national companies and/or top-tier law firms.

    Job Requirement :

    • Must be able to provide Legal advice to relevant internal departments on legal issues referred by General Counsel.
    • Must have extensive experience in negotiating commercial agreements.
    • Must be able to draft, review and negotiate contracts on behalf of the organization’s ventures, and ensure that requisite corporate governance procedures are met with respect to contractual arrangements.
    • Able to work independently with little or no supervision, with the ability to manage and prioritize workload.
    • Excellent communication skills and letter drafting in Arabic and English. Preferably a native Arabic speaker.
