About Us

Al Malki Group’s CAT Duct owns and operates several state-of-the-art Duct Factories in Doha with a total production capacity that exceeds 300,000 sq. meters per year. These are some of the largest facilities in Qatar fully equipped with computer-controlled machinery from USA, UK and Europe.

CAT Duct also offers anti-microbial coating of ducts and can supply fully fabricated ducts completely wrapped with protective cover.     CORPORATE LAWYER / LEGAL COUNSEL

    Qualification Required: Graduate with a bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB) with a license in Qatar to practice the profession.

    At least 3 to 5 years’ experience and commercial knowledge related to construction industry, preferably gained through working with multi-national companies and/or top-tier law firms.

    Job Requirement :

    • Must be able to provide Legal advice to relevant internal departments on legal issues referred by General Counsel.
    • Must have extensive experience in negotiating commercial agreements.
    • Must be able to draft, review and negotiate contracts on behalf of the organization’s ventures, and ensure that requisite corporate governance procedures are met with respect to contractual arrangements.
    • Able to work independently with little or no supervision, with the ability to manage and prioritize workload.
    • Excellent communication skills and letter drafting in Arabic and English. Preferably a native Arabic speaker.
